San Pedro, or Huachuma, is a sacred cactus native to the Andes, used ceremonially for over 3,000 years by Indigenous cultures in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, and northern Argentina. It contains mescaline, a naturally occurring psychedelic alkaloid that expands consciousness, opens the heart, and facilitates deep connection with nature and spirit.
Unlike some plant medicines, San Pedro is known for its gentle clarity, often described as loving, luminous, and grounding. In ceremony, the cactus is usually brewed into a thick tea and consumed in the early morning, with effects lasting 8–12 hours.

While Huachuma is generally gentle and loving, it is still a powerful sacrament and should be approached with care and proper guidance.
Our San Pedro ceremonies are conducted in reverent connection with the spirit of the cactus and the Earth. This medicine is offered as a sacred sacrament, not a recreational experience.
Ceremonies are held in silence to support introspection and inner listening. Participants are asked to honor the quiet space so that each individual can fully connect with their inner experience, the land, and the medicine.
